The class teacher is Mr. P. Griffiths who has taught Class 5 at our school for the past 12 years.  He is helped in class by teaching assistants Nikki Bywater.  Class 5 children are the eldest in our school, a mixture of year 5 & 6 pupils. A main target during this year is to prepare the Year 6’s to sit their Key Stage 2 Sats before their transition to secondary school. 

At the beginning of the school year, Class 5 take part in a team building residential visit to Crowden.
