About

image of school

Our school celebrated its centenary in 1997. The school's history and its traditions are, of course, very important to us and to our local community. Many of our current pupils' parents and grandparents attended St. Helen's as children. If you are a former pupil I would be delighted to hear from you. The school's present and its future are, however, as important as its past. We strive continually to provide new and exciting developments involving our one hundred and fifty pupils which will help each individual to reach full potential and to learn to respect themselves and the environment.

During the winter months bad weather, in particular SNOW, can disrupt school days causing school to be closed, for purposes concerning health & safety.  We now have the facility to advise on these actions through the use of the following link Snow Updates, if you are unsure of the advise given please contact the school for further information.
